Working to your specification
Send us whatever you already have — an architect’s detail, an FF&E schedule, a bill of quantities, a photograph or a physical sample. We work from your documents rather than asking you to pick from a range, and we will tell you plainly where a detail will not survive production or shipping, and what we would change instead.
You approve two things before anything is cut: the shop drawings and the material samples. Finishes are matched to a physical reference, not a screen colour. For repeat items — guest rooms, workstations, dormitory bays — we produce one complete set first and get it signed off before the rest goes into production.
Every shipment is checked before it is packed, and we handle export documentation ourselves — including the A.TR certificate that removes EU import duty. Quotes are EXW, FOB or DAP, there is no minimum order quantity, and manufacturing defects are covered for two years as standard, longer where a tender requires it.
What we need to quote
You do not need all of it to start a conversation — but the more of this you send, the closer the first number is to the final one.
Drawings or a reference
An architect’s detail, an FF&E schedule, a photograph, or a physical sample to match. Any one of these is enough to begin.
Quantities and variants
How many of each item, and how many room or layout types they split across.
Finish schedule
Materials, colours, fabric references or RAL codes. If they are not fixed yet, tell us the budget band instead.
Delivery city and Incoterm
EXW, FOB or DAP — plus the port or the site address we are quoting freight to.
Target dates
When the site needs the goods, and whether delivery is phased by floor or block.
Standards required
Fire rating, or ISO / CE / BIFMA / GREENGUARD if your tender asks for them.
